Pam Plumer

Dr. Pamela Plumer is a Senior Consultant with Buzz Education. With more than 20 years of experience in education leadership, instructional coaching, and professional learning, she partners with Massachusetts schools and districts to build stronger systems, more capable teams, and equitable outcomes for all students.

Pam's deepest expertise lies in special education systems and leadership, but her work spans a broad range of instructional and organizational improvement areas, including high-leverage practices for students with disabilities, MTSS/RTI design and implementation, administrator and educator coaching, professional learning design, effective data use, and progress monitoring. Pam holds a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Massachusets, Amherst, and is a licensed Massachusetts Special Education Administrator.
