She helps leaders bring their vision to life through active listening, clear organization, and practical, sustainable process improvements.

Her background as an artist informs her work as an Executive Assistant, bringing creativity, adaptability, and a fresh perspective to complex challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys live music and time in nature. Niki works remotely from Philadelphia, supporting teams across the country.
