Meagan Gillcrist is the Founder of AlignED and an Educational Specialist with over 15 years of experience in Special Education. Holding both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in the field, she partners with schools and districts to build systems that align Special Education, MTSS, and core instructional practices, ensuring students receive timely, equitable support.
Meagan's work goes beyond compliance. She designs asset-based frameworks that are practical, teacher-centered, and built for immediate use, helping teams cut through procedural barriers so educators can respond to student needs in real time. Her expertise spans eligibility evaluations, IEP audits, progress monitoring, and integrated MTSS development that connects data, instruction, and intervention.
