Leeann Kerst

Leeann Kerst Davidson is a consultant with more than 15 years of experience in teacher and leader professional development, mathematics education, and change management strategy. Originally a middle school teacher in Brooklyn, Leeann has since led professional development initiatives for district and state departments of education in New York, Texas, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Massachusetts. Leeann is passionate that all children - and adults! - can learn mathematics at a deep level and that the most effective change happens when leaders prioritize the well-being, knowledge, and time of their educators.  Leeann lives in central New Jersey with her family, and can most often be found reading a good book, crocheting, or chasing her kids around a playground.
